Dear Crissy; First let me clear up one thing, We are NOT, repeat NOT related to George Washington! The Sarah Ball that married Paul Custer was Not the sister of Martha Ball. Now , You might be related to Gen. Custer because I am, BUT not through my great grand father George Washington Conrad. The poor man went to his grave thinking he was related. He was even named George Washington for God sake. But , I'm probably related to you because my great great grand mother was Sarah Custer Conrad. I've been through this with the Custer family web sites and they have proved beond the shadow of a doubt that we are not related to Washington. E- mail me with any Questions as I'm now curious to find out If My Conrads are your Conrads because it looks like we had the same missconceptions about the Custer-Washington thing, and give my E-mail address to any body who thinks the same thing because I'm now searching for My Conrads and I think I'm finally on to something.
