I have in my notes a Johan Jacob Conradt/Conrad age 28 that on Sept 24, 1737 landed in Philadelphia with 225 Palatines from the ship "Virginus Grace". My Stephen's brother Johan Jacob Conrad arrived Sept 26, 1737 in Philadelphia with 450 Palatines and with his brother George. The Charming Nancy, the St. Andrew Galley and the Virginus Grace all came out of Rotterdam, Holland in 1737 and all made last stops in England before coming to America. My Conrad family history from my grandfather Ernest Conrad says that Stephen caught the boat in England and he always assumed Stephen was English. Grandpa died in 1960 and I did not start the family search until 1994.
