Jacob Conrad/Maria Gribble of Ohio

Does anyone have any information on Jacob Conrad m. Maria Gribble in 1846 in Ohio. They were living in Stark Co, Sugar Creek Twsp. in 1850 per census. On the census they had a son John, 4 yrs. old and twin sons, Henry and Jacob, 5 mos. old. They also had another son, Frederick Peter b. 1854 in Stark Co. Fred married Olive Jane Flexer. 1850 census says Jacob was 29 and Maria (Mary) was 22, both born in Germany. Have info to share if there is a connection here.
