Harrison County, Indiana is right next to Crawford county where, in the early 1800's, the Conrod/Conrad name appears frequently in the early history of the town of Fredonia. There is a George W. and a Henry Conrad listed there in the 1830 census. I also know of a marriage between Wilford H. Conrod and Mary Thom which occurred on July 15, 1855 in Fredonia. I am researching from the Thom line and would appreciate knowing if you discover a connection with the Conrad families in Crawford County.
