My gg grandfather Abraham CONRAD born abt.1840 in Indiana. Family says he was abandoned at birth and was raised by the CONRADs. We believe he may have been Indian.
He fought in Civil War (Sgt., Co. D, 59th Indiana Infantry)
Married in 1866 to Tyrresa Ellen GRAY b.1-11-1846 d.5-8-1934 They moved to Iowa around 1870. They had 10 children. At some point they moved to OK and Tx.
I really need help on this. Family has been stuck for over 20 years on this. Any information would be appreciated GREATLY!!
