My grandfather did a great job tracking our family's past. However he was stopped when he came to Frederick Conrad who married Zelma Provou. We are not sure if they arrived from Germany or France or were both born here in the states. They would have been born in the early 1800's. My grandfather believed that our family originally came from Pennsylvania. I know Frederick and Zelma had a son named John. If anyone recognizes any of this could you please let me know!! Thanks, JMC
