Joseph CONRAD 1854 NY to MI to ??

I'm looking for parents and descendants of Joseph CONRAD, born NY about 1854. Married Jane SADLER in MI 1876. Living in Fife Lake Twp., Grand Traverse in 1880 census. His brothers Jacob and William were living with them at that time. Jane (Jennie) died in Columbiaville, Lapeer, MI in mid 1880s. Where did Joseph move after her death? Known children: Bertie (* 1877), Eugene (* 1878), Gracie (* 1884 died young). Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
