LaFayette (probably went by Fayette)Conrad was born in 1825 (birthplace ?). His brothers: Nelson, Porter, Frank, Monroe, Charley. His sisters: Ellis C.Tankard, Angeline C.Hunter. He was listed in the 1850&1860 census as a merchant residing near Harpers Ferry (Jefferson County)WV. His 1st wife was America Marlowe of Loudoun County,Va. Their children: George Washington Marlow, Gertrude Ellis, & David Conrad (my great-grandfather, born 3 June 1850). His 2nd wife was Elizabeth Fawcett of Harpers Ferry. Their children: Grace, Mollie, William, Leopold, Otto, & Everett. The 1860 census shows a David Conrad(age68)& Sara E.(age 65) living in the household, maybe his parents??
Does anyone have any more data on Fayette and his geneology.
