Does anyone have any information regarding the family of Louise Sandstrom -- my gg-grandmother?

Louise Christina Sandstrom
b. 25 Aug 1836, Lofta, Kalmar, Sweden
d. 24 July 1919, Salt Lake City, UT
m. John Torbjorn Olsen (of Djosse Farm, Vikedal, Rogaland, Norway)

I am interested in more personal details like why she immigrated, father/family work/profession, and other things of that nature. Thank you.
