Does anyone have information on Jacob Conrad, who moved from Cattaragus County, New York, to Allegan County, Michigan, sometime between 1850 and 1860? I think that Jacob was the son of John and Mary (May?), and had brothers names John, M, PA, and Henry.
I believe that Jacob is my ggg grandfather through his son Edwin, who ended up in Iowa after the Civil War. I am waiting on a pension file to verify this.
If anyone has information on this line or any of the people, I would appreciate the assistance.
