John Harmon Conrad MD to WV about 1780

My ancestor is John Harmon Conrad whose wife was Catherine (?). They came to Pocahontas County WV from Maryland and settled on the North Fork of Deer Creek just after the Revolution. Children: Solomon, John, David, Mary, Sally, and Nancy. John Harmon's will was probated in Pocahontas in the July 1823 court term. Could he be connected to the Carroll County Conrads?? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
