My great grandfather James Connors was born in Ireland (possibly Cork or Tipperary) (son of Patrick & Johanna Connors of Ireland) settled on West Side of Manhattan in Hell's Kitchen about 1854. My grandfather James (Chubby) Connors lived 10th Avenue & 40th St. Had children Anna, May, Jimmy, Tommy, Frankie, Margie and Pat. Great-grandfather died 1943, grandfather died 1945 on West Side.
