I have started researching our family tree and history, our family of Connors have come from the Templemore area for over 300 years. Orginally named O'Connor and changing over time to Connors. They were great stonemasons and builders over 300 years ago and we believe they were a construction team who came to build a castle in the Devil's bit mountain.
I am however tracing one family, father named Edmund Connors and mother named Mary (McDonnell), and had three children there Edmund in 1815, Bridget 1817 and Joa in 1828, after this date they appear to have left Templemore and I would love some information on where they may have gone.
