For John, B 1819, the closest rcd I found was for 1818.
For Thomas B 1827 +/- 4 yrs, I found 2 B rcds: 1824 & 1830.
For Hugh B 1830 +/- 4 yrs, I found 2 B rcds, both 1829.
For Agnes, the earliest B rcd is for 1836.
For Ann, there are 6 B rcds from 1826 through 1833.
Will leave it to you to sort these out by parish. This is pure tedium for NI counties.
The IFHF database is organized on a parish basis (by religious denomination) and a civil district basis after 1864. Bangor is neither.
