My ggg-grandmother was Bridget Connolly, who I think was born in Co. Clare in Ireland. She married Michael Hartneady in 1862 in Cape Town, South Africa. A Margaret Connolly witnessed this wedding (I presume this was her sister). In 1866, Margaret Hartneady married Michael Connolly, who I presume was another of Bridget's siblings, in New Zealand.
