Searching for family member who emigrated to US just before outbreak of WW1,(last boat to leave before war declared according to family legend). Think he was either James (b1861) or his brother Thomas (b1875) Connolly. Both were born in Lancashire of Irish (Co Galway) parents, John and Mary. Other family members were John (b1870 Mayor of Swinton, Lancs), Michael, William, Lizzie and Mary Ann, my gma. Family lost contact. Think forebear lived in Pittston, Pittsburgh and worked in mines or on railway. Ring any bells??
