I am reserching the Connolly family too. I do not have any info on Thomas Connolly but found that my husband g,g,g,grandfather was Michael T. Connolly from County Cork. He was born in 1817 and came from Ireland in his mid twenties. He had a son named Thomas but he was born in USA. It was so exciting to go the my first site and see County Cork and the name Connolly that I had to reply. I hope you find info. on him.
