My grandfather was John Connolly (b. 1883) of Knockskagh, Co. Cork (near Leap), son of John, son of Michael (I think). The family seems to be the southernmost branch of the Drinagh Connolly group. My grandfather's siblings were Michael, Catherine, Mary, Jeremiah, Ellen, Thomas, Patrick, Julia, and Denis (John was the baby). Any connections?
