Hi, I'm looking for anyone related to Sadie Connolly who lived on Cortelyou Rd. in Kings County, Brooklyn, NY in the 60's. She herself would have been in her 60’s or 70’s at that time. I am not sure, but I think she was married to Peter J. Connolly who died on Nov. 13, 1964 (or perhaps that was her son)? She had 2 sons, Father John, a Catholic Priest, and Peter.
Peter had 2 children, Margaret and a son, Peter, I think. They went to Holy Cross Grammar School. Margaret Connolly graduated in 1962 in the same class as Margaret Shay.
Sadie was the aunt of John M. Shay, my father.
I am told that her husband may have been part of the Conneely family (name misspelled at some point), but I do not know if that is true. If so, then Sadie's husband might have brothers, Martin, John, James and sisters Mary, Ellen and I'm not sure if there are others. Does this sound familiar to anyone??
