Hi Pam
Notice that your Connolly's came from Cork to London.
I am trying to trace my husbands McCarthy/Connolly side.

The info I have from 1871 UK Census is that John McCarthy(Cork)born c1842 married Catherine Connolly(Cork) born c1850.Catherine's brother John c1859,Sisters Hannah c1858 and Bridget c1864 all born in Cork were also with them in London.
Names of Catherine and John's children were John,Cornelius,
Catherine,Thomas,Joseph,Bridget,Michael&Patrick. In later generations Denis appears alot.We do not know which one's were named after the McCarthy side or the Connolly's side expect for Bridget.
Have you come across any of this info in your family?
Regards
Kathy
