Patricia,
James Connollys parents were John and Mary and they were originally from County Monaghan. James was born in Scotland and travelled to Ireland later. He was a good friend of Michael Collins who was a Cork man. He was also very good friends with the Mansfield family, specifically James Mansfield (my grand Uncle). It is possible that Timothy lived in Cork after the uprising.
