I am also a CONNICK and trying to learn more about my CONNICK heritage. My grandfather, James Connick, was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1871 but lived most of his adult life in upstate N.Y. (I have been unable to locate his birth record). He worked on the Erie/Barge Canal in New York State. To my knowledge he did not have siblings. His father was either James or Thomas CONNICK and was married to Lucinda ?. If anyone has more information on my Great Grandfather, James or Thomas CONNICK, or his spouse, Lucinda, I would be forever grateful.
