A Thomas Conner "Jr" appears on Patriot muster rolls of the American Revolution. My "Thomas Conner, Jr" (born 1726)would have been over 50 years old, but the name was his son's, who was actually Thomas Conner III (b: 1751), named after his father & grandfather (the "Sr. Sr." born 1678) Thomas III's brother, Lewis, was my ancestor, and they enlisted as Patriot soldiers together.
