>I have just begun researching my great grandmother, Ella Dubbs Conner b)Dec. 30, 1898 d)May 29, 1955 m)August 24, 11917. All
that I know is that she lived in Grande Saline, TX in the late 1800s? or
early 1900's. She then married James Henry Christian and moved to Kingsland
(Cleveland County), AR. She gave birth to two daughters, Hazel Estelle
Christian Mitchell and Ruby Christian Mitchell. I have been told that her father's name was Clay. She is supposed to have been Cherokee. She had 2 sisters that I am aware of Lizzie Conner Curnutt and Maggie Conner Anglin. Both of which married in Van Zandt Co., TX. 2 brothers that I am aware of Floyd Conner and Tyrie Conner. There may be more siblings. This is all of the information that I
have. If you should be of any relation or could possibly give me any leads,
I would definitely appreciate it.
