How are you related to Peasley? I descend from his son, Charles who married Sarah Garland. We believe Peasley to be the son of Jeremy, but cannot find Peasley's birth certificate. I have a copy of Jeremy's birth. Supposedly Peasley was born in Gilmanton, NH, but as the towns changed the record could be in Belmont or Gilford. Both towns claim not to have old records.
