We have run across some Connellys in Burke and Jefferson Counties in GA in the course of researching my mother's great grandfather, Littleton Barber. There was a father Patrick and son Patrick B. Patrick the younger was probably born around 1810, I can check and find out for sure. I know he was in the Civil War. I have a census or two which include Patrick the younger. Don't know if they tie in with your family.
