I don't know if I have a connection for you or not but at least a clue you may follow up.
I decend from John Connelly b.1746 and Sarah Wilson Connelly married 1765. They had five sons William, John, Elijah, Josiah (my line) and Joel. They lived in Wilkes Co., N.C. from 1783 until Johns death in 1798, then Sarah and sons moved to Lawrence Co., Indiana between 1812 and 1816.
I have a lot of info on John and Sarahs sons but none on daughters though it seems likely they had daughters as well.
