Connelly Family

I possibly do. John is a know name through our family. John L. Connelly was my grandfather. Yet I suspect not the same person My grand father was born in Kilmarnock, Scoctland in 1898. The L in my grandfathers name stands for Lynch. The nameing in our family follows a set rule hyphenate the last name to the mothers maiden name. hence I am Grant Connelly. Does the L in the name of the person you are looking for stand for Lynch? If it does, then your person may, through the Lynch family be related to my family.
