I have unsubstantiated information on William Conley (Connelly), b. 1765, d. 5/10/1848, m. Mary Baird, d. 3/17/1848, aged 78. They came from Northhampton Co. PA to Wash. Co. PA near Candor. Their children include Rabecca, d. 2/21/1861; Elizabeth, d. 2/5/1877, m. a Johnston; Thomas, b. 1798, d. 3/18/1859, aged 61; and four more.
Thomas m. Martha Johnston, d. 12/2/1863, age 71. Two presidential deeds from Monroe to Thomas & his brother to land in Carroll Co., Ohio, dated Sept. 1 & Sept. 20, 1823. 234 acres.
Thomas and Martha's children included Mary, who married John D. Patterson, b. 1831, d. 1907. She was b. 5/4/1829, d. 10/23/1902.
Their children included William, d. 1858; Martha Ellen (Mattie), m. James Edgar, who died in 1892; Ida, m. John Fimple; Lila, m. F.M. Laughlin; John Conley, m. Mattie Crawford, d. 1888; George; Thomas, m. Nina Gearhart.
This family lived in the Augusta Township in Ohio.
