Searching for Birth Parents - Maryland

I am trying to help someone locate their birth parents, probably located in the state of Maryland.

The person was born July 22, 1946 in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He was adopted by William Ford Connelly and Agatha Valerie Combs Connelly on July 26, 1946. The child's name became William Ford Connelly, Jr.

Agatha divorced William Connelly and remarried Rolland Ellsworth Wildoner in the late 40's or early 50's. Mr. Wildoner adopted the Connelly child and had the child's name changed to Rolland Ellsworth Wildoner, Jr. on September 3, 1952.

The only surviving adoptive parent is Rolland Ellsworth Wildoner, Sr. The adopted child was born in Annapolis, but lived his entire life in St. Mary's County, Maryland.
