I'm looking for additinal information on the Connelly's from Motherswell.My Mother-in-Laws Mother was from there.Her name was Elizabeth Mary Connelly Leary,she was born in Motherswell,Scotland 10-08-1894 to James Patrick Connelly born 1873 Sheffild,England and Elizabeth [Cameron,Kennedy]born in 1868 in Glasglow,Scotland.I'm torn between the two surnames for Elizabeth.I know both names have some kind of family connection but I can't seem to come up with enough proof for either.My Mother-in-Law is very scetchy on some of the things she remembers but very clear on others.I'd love to hear from anyone who has any info on this line.P.S.My maiden name is Dalzell and my Fathers GGGrandfather was born in Glasglow in 1839.I'd find it amusing to find that the lines cross back then and well as now.Thanks Anne Marie Dalzell Beers
