Hi Thelma. We did think at one time that our Jesse Connell might have been son of Thomas & Jemima but now it looks more likely they were brothers. It's been said that John Connell was a brother of Jesse but there is quite an age difference there so I'm inclined to place John who m. Sarah Owsley as a son of Thomas & Jemima. If you want to email me I can put you in touch with a couple of very good researchers on the Thomas & Jemima Connell line.
