I am a descendant of James Connell, b.1801?,d. 12/4/1859, married to Anna Thornhill, b. 3/4/1810, d.6/10/1885. I think my ggggrandfather, James came from SC or NC. Do either of these names sound familiar? James' children grew up around Thomas, Grady, and Decatur Co., Georgia. Please let me know. I would appreciate any help as I don't know James' father's name. Thanks!
