Because of my brothers failed marriage, my family was estranged from my nephews, I just found out that one of them died in 1996. That is all that I do know. Does anyone have obits from 1996? His name is Joseph Robert Conn born in Phila. PA.on Aug.13,1961. His father died on Oct.31, 1986.
