I have notes that indicate a SAMUEL CONN was one of JESSE WILSON CONN'S, SR sons. B: abt 1807-? Not much information on him as yet.
I do however have info on Jesse's other children. Jesse is my brother-in-law's GG Grandfather. However, there is also another SAMUEL CONN, which I understand from another contributor on this forum, that is the son of FREELAND CONN, who was the son of RUBEN HARRISON CONN, the son of JESSE W. CONN, SR. Jesse and some of his sons moved from Scott Co., VA to Morgan/Elliott Co., KY.
