This William Conn, as told to me by another researcher, was born in 1774 and died in 1850. I am researching a line of Conn's that were born in PA and then moved to Muskingum Co., OH. I was told that William is the son of George and Lydia Conn of Fayette, PA. I don't think there is a connection, but who knows?
