Unfortunately I cannot account for this John Scott, though our Scotts did come from MD via NC in the 1760's, eventually to end up in Wayne Co., KY and elsewhere.The only Celia I am aware of is Celia Conn who m. 1809 in Wayne Co., KY, Wm. Scott, 1782 NC, a son of Nathaniel Scott, b. ca. 1755 MD. May I suggest that you contact La Nita Wacker, the author of the original posting #86 on the Conn Forum. She is more knowledgeable that I am on Jackson Co., AL Scotts. KRB
