Hi;Penelope Conn was the daughter of George Conn Sr. of Ireland and later Bladensburg, MD. She married Mr Richard Finley and moved to Kentucky with him. Her sister was Mary Conn who married John Veitch of Peebleshire Scotland and Bladensburg Maryland. I have two letters from Penelope to Mary Conn Veitch, one of which is visable on the Conn Web Page (http://www.monmouth.com/~rryan/index.html ). The other should be there shortly, along with copies of the will of George Conn Sr. which identifies his children. I also have the dowery transfer of his property at "Scotland" and "Barbadoes" to John Veitch. (The property is my ancestral home, and in my family till the 1920s, thus the existing documents.)

I will be glad to put dates to what I have, and provide you digital copies of the letters, will, and dowery if you so desire, but you will need to be able to handle large attachments in your email.
