Hello Jo Anne - I don't have any information on Mary "Polly" Conn and for Jesse Wilson Conn all I have is that he married Mary Pendleton and they had a child named Cynthia Conn who married George Washington Carter and they had a child Martha Carter - I don't have any dates.
But the reason I respond is Levi Conn of Scott County, VA is my 4th Great-Grandfather and I have a TON of information on his descendants. Let me know what you would like to know.
Just a note - Levi moved his family to Floyd County, KY sometime around 1820 - which might be why you are having problems finding them. Most of his descendents are located in Floyd County to this day.
