Quebec, Conn, Laughery, Dexter, NAI

Looking for information on what Native American tribes may have been in the St. Sylvestre, St Agathe areas of Quebec. Also looking for information on Lewis Conn and Mary Laughery. Know that Mary may have been Indian. Don't know if her last name was changed to Laughery from something similiar. They did have some children born in the St. Agathe and St Sylvestre area. Bridget born in St. Sylvestre married William Dexter....Mary A. born in St. Agathe married Albert LaDoo, James born in Canada married Irena Paschal, Ralph born in Vermont married Alita Moore. We have been told that Mary was full blooded Abenaki Indian but can't find a connection (Laughery doesn't sound Indian to me) Other children, Charlie, Elizabeth, Sarah married Fred Lawrence, Catherine married Thomas Liberty, Annie married William Kennedy. Any help would be appreciated. Pam
