I am researching and ancestor of mine. Hugh CONLAN born around 1790 the son of John Conlan a blacksmith/farrier and Catherine Reilly. I would like to hear of any information or any living Conlans in Ballibay.
Hugh was sentenced to Transportation for life at the Monaghan Assizes about August, 1815 arriving in Australia in April, 1816.
yes I have checked the phone book but I think this is a less invasive way of establishing contact
