I am interested in information about John Conklin. He was b.1755 Tarrytown, m. Elizabeth Rohrbach, a German Palatine, served as a Patriot, probably in the Battle of Saratoga. They had nine children including my ancestor James b. July 2/1807. Their children were bp at Copake and Claverack churches. I wish to know when John died and what happened to the other children.
