Found a Samuel Conklin born 8/29/1797. He was son of Elias Conklin, bn 9/15/1758, died 2/20/1839 in Broome Co. Wife was Charolette Helm? Moved to Broome Co. in early 1800s from Sullivan Co. Elias and Charolette had children as follows:
Eleanor6 Conklin, born October 11, 1780.
She married George Kezler.
Elizabeth Conklin, born December 09, 1783.
Hannah Conklin, born April 29, 1786. She
married James S Palmer.
Elias Conklin, born June 06, 1789.
Jacob Conklin, born September 09, 1791.
John Conklin, born May 08, 1795.
Samuel Conklin, born August 29, 1797.
Permelia Conklin, born March 15, 1801.
She married James S. Berbehan.
