Wish I could help you! Charlotte Bloomfield Conklin is supposed daughter of Elias and Mary Brewer Conklin of Conklin,Broome, NY. She married Thomas Hamilton Cairn/Cearnes in 1847 and moved to NE in 1880's. I have no mention of Gray's in any family histories or other information. Thomas and Charlotte moved to Kansas late 1800's, where Thomas died. Charlotte returned to NE and lived with daughter, Mary Thompson, in Neligh until her death in 1903. There is mention of an adopted daughter and her husband in KS, but I have found out nothing about her. Hope this helps!
