I'm don't think I have any new information for you, but I have an ancestor, Joel Jacobs Austin, who was born in 1836 and died in 1912. I believe he probably lived in NYC and that he was married to Mary Ann Berry. That's all I know about him. If I can help you, or if you have anymore information on him, please contact me.
