December 01, 1925 in Orchard, Nebraska (source, death cetificate, Orchard, NE). James Duncan married Orra Philena Conklin, daughter of William Anson Conklin and Mariah Anderson, b. April 14, 1857 in Maltoon, Iowa d. September 16, 1926 in Orchard, NE. Children of James McNabb & Ora Conklin are:
(1.)Carlton Earnest NcNabb, b. July 19, 1880, Mills Co., Iowa, d. October 06, 1964 in Modesto, CA., m. Florence Belle Cros March 08, 1909 in Knox Co., NE, daughter of Joseph Cross and Emma S. Sanderson of WI. Children of Carlton & Florence are Emma L. McNabb, b. July 24, 1914 Whiting, Iowa, d. March 12, 1996 Independence, MO., m. Frank Bell, and Louise Fern McNabb, b. September 28, 1916 in Sioux City, Iowa. (2) James McNabb of San Freanciso, CA, (3) Lottie McNabb m...Hunt, died Riverbank, CA, (4) Lottie McNabb, (5) Leona McNabb, d. Orchard, NE, m....Hemingway, and (6)Blanche McNabb. I don't think spelling of names is very important as most vital records show a variety of spellings if you can find them. I have copies of documents for some of these people. Advise if you can use more information about any of these people as I may have more. You might want to trace Conklin's in CA to verify info from my mother that Chester Conklin was her relative. Conklin may have been his mother's maiden name.
