John Harvey CONKLIN, born 16 Apr 1819 in Peekskill, New York. Married 1 Jul 1840 in Peekskill, Ann Eliza BALUVELT (born 6 Sep 1818 in NY or NJ). John died 17 Feb 1858 in Peeksill.
His widow moved with their children to Dubuque, Jackson, or Jones County, Iowa.
