Hi John. Saw your request about Conklin name this AM. From all the research thaat my mother has done, the biggest problem for any lf us is the spelling of the name. I have seen about 10 different ways to spell Conklin . My mothers research traces the line of John and Ananias back to Nottinghamshire in England - think Robin Hood and Sherwood Forest. I need to call her and ask for more specifics and I will post them when I get more. As for spellings I have noted Conklin, Conkling, Concklin, Concklyne , Conklyne and it goes on and on. Hope this helps and I will post more when I and get ahold of my mother.
