My GGGrandmother Nancy Conyne was living on a farm in Lagrange Co. Indiana at the time of the 1850 Census. She was 21. However she and all her siblings had been born in Ohio [I don't know where]. Her father was Abraham Conyne who had been born in NY about 1791. I understand there were and still are Conines in both Hancock and Licking Cos. Can any one find an Abraham and his family on their family tree in Ohio in the early 1800s?
