I have the Civil War records for a Richard H. Conine from Syracuse, NY, Steuben Co., NY and Onondaga Co., NY. He died around 1897 in NY. He lived (per 1890 Veterans Schedules) in Onondaga County House and Asylum. He served in the war from 1863-1865. Co. E, 15th Regiment, Volunteer NY Cavalry. If someone wants a copy of these, I would snail mail for cost of postage (?? $2 or $3??). Donna
